Web-Based Issue Reporting System for the Faculty of Science and Technology, Thammasat University
The traditional issue reporting system at the Faculty of Science and Technology relied on paper forms, requiring users to manually write and submit reports to the office, leading to inefficiencies. To improve this process, a senior project developed a mobile application, enabling users to capture issue photos, select problem types, specify locations, and submit reports digitally. The system stored reports in a database, allowing officers to view and manage issues via the mobile app. However, requiring users to download and install the mobile application proved inconvenient for both users and officers, limiting accessibility. To solve this issue, a web-based reporting system was developed, maintaining the same functionality as the mobile app while eliminating the need for installation.
